Pastoral Managers
Guidance and Support
Our Pastoral Manager team provide further guidance and support to pupils who are encountering problems which may be hindering their progress in school.
The Pastoral Managers work with individual pupils who have been identified with problems in and out of school which may affect their progress in school and also with pupils who may be experiencing personal difficulties. Sessions of one to one mentoring are undertaken and pupils are set targets and offered advice and possible solutions to help achieve these targets.
As well as working with pupils on a one to one basis the Pastoral Managers run clubs which are well attended during lunchtime every day of the week. These clubs offer pupils opportunities to experience new challenges and develop social skills.
