Year 10 participated in an inter-tutor penalty shoot out before school and in tutor time to raise money for the children's unit at Blackburn Royal Hospital. The two tutor groups with the highest percentage of penalties scored,10MEV and 10HP, played off in a grand final, 10HP were the eventual winners. Nearly 1,000 penalties were taken during the week. The amount raised was £832.63.
